Who we are

South Oak Employee Care exists to partner with local businesses in order to help develop their employees. Our approach is to care for, support and coach employees in everyday life circumstances. Our belief is that the more stable an employee is outside of work, the more productive they will be in a work setting. We aim to build meaningful connections with employees and provide guidance in all areas of life creating a positive impact to the workplace culture.
